Location: UK, London
Length: 09/04/2025 to 03/07/2025
Rate: £244.38 – £327.07 per day (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Overview
The role involves leading project management for an international team specializing in the versioning and localization of English creative work for global markets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Project Management lead for our International Team, which specializes in versioning, and localization of our English creative work for our global markets
  • Maintain oversight of project status and feed into a weekly leadership status report
  • Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple small to mid-scale projects, serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners
  • Manage leadership review meeting agendas, ensuring the right attendees are present, meetings start and finish on time, and recapping and distributing detailed notes
  • Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners
  • Anticipate and mange potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases; flag to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions
  • Partner with brand management and production to drive creative approvals across legal, geos, clearance bodies, and internal leadership teams
  • Partner with production and agency teams to manage the delivery process for creative across all channels and archive final assets upon completion of the project
  • Work across UK and US time zones. The hours are skewed to early US mornings and later UK evenings to allow for maximum time spent with the UK and US offices.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A project management professional with 5-7 years’ experience in creative project management within an advertising agency or brand-side creative organization
  • Well-versed creative, versioning, and localization projects from the planning stages through the final delivery of assets
  • Familiar with working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders. An effective and concise communicator
  • Someone who thrives in maintaining organization, finding efficiencies, and building, improving, and simplifying processes. Experienced in working with project management software/tools such as Smartsheet
