We are searching for an organised, energetic and passionate Creative Production Assistant that is looking for an amazing opportunity to join a high-growth brand with huge scope to help bring new ideas and projects to life. We want to find an individual that is highly ambitious, has a creative eye for fashion and trends, and confidence in a people-facing role.

This position is open to candidates across a range and depth of experience, and although knowledge of a similar role or industry previously would be preferred, it isn’t essential to apply. You will be expected to work from our office and studios located near Chester on a Mon – Fri basis.

This role will be working amongst a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We have a global reach with customers all over the world and are always striving to be ambitious, so if you enjoy a challenge and a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you.

What you will do:

  • You will be given production budgets and will assist with identifying and researching cost-effective solutions to deliver an impactful creative concept.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks, particularly around budget sheets and completing concepts for approval from the Directors.
  • Assist in maintaining up to date directories and contacts for models and external photoshoot team talent.
  • Depending on the scope of a project, you may be required to source models, actors, locations, props, furniture to meet the production standards required for a set brief.
  • Assist in the timeline planning and resources required to execute a campaign brief, particularly on location photoshoots and content creation days.
  • Assist in maintaining an excellent catalogue of contacts for any adhoc requirements that may be needed to execute creative briefs.
  • On shoot or event days, you will be expected to assist in maintaining the smooth running of the day, ensuring that everyone has an understanding of the brief and timings are being upheld.
  • You will support in preparing and planning for events, including influencer and community activations, store activations and other creative projects.
  • You will assist in negotiating with external suppliers to ensure we are remaining within set budgets.
  • You will be expected to be active on set, supporting with set dressing, fetching and carrying, steaming and organising samples, organising catering/drinks, communicating the brief to the wider shoot team etc.
  • You will maintain an organised and tidy studio at all times, along with an organised and logical studio closet, so props and samples are easy to locate when requested.
  • You will work collaboratively to deliver, sometimes complex and time sensitive projects, by the required deadline and within budget parameters.
  • You will be a hardworker with great initiative, and not adverse to being on your feet and working long hours when on set.

We'd love to meet someone with:

  • 1 or more years work experience in a similar role or in the industry, for familiarity of pace and expectations.
  • A passion about production, creativity and clothes!
  • A resilient approach to work, where you’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and commit to get the task done (no job should be too big or too small!).
  • The ability to embrace change and pivoting of plans at short notice, which is the typical nature of production especially in fashion.
  • A willingness to travel and sometimes work long hours on set or location if required.
  • A good knowledge of photo and video production, with an eye for the finer details.
  • Excellent organisational skills that works well under pressure.
  • Excellent literacy and visual skills.
  • Strong communication skills that work well with people from all different functions and backgrounds.
  • An ambitious mindset with a hunger to succeed and a passion to see the brand succeed with your contribution.
  • Best-in-class creativity and ideas, with a finger on the pulse for being original and being able to bring ideas to life with perfect delivery.
  • Able to work across different projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A brilliant sense of humour and great, infectious energy!

We also offer:

  • 30% off all products for you & family.
  • 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Birthday and a gifted day over Christmas.
  • Fun, close-knit and energetic team culture.
  • Apple Mac or Microsoft Hardware.
  • Free on-site parking & EV charge points.
