We are looking for a Creative Performance Manager to join the Advertising Solutions team that sits within the Global Gaming function at TikTok. The Creative Performance Manager position is brand new within Global Gaming, so you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of this team. The ideal candidate will take a data-driven approach to our creative value proposition, doubling down on insight generation, creative experimentation, and performance gains for our advertisers. They will focus on Creative Science and putting numbers behind creative insights through experimentation & rigorous analysis.
