The role
The huge success of Love Island both editorially and commercially has necessitated a dedicated team of highly creative and capable professionals, who work to deliver a range of Brand Partnerships & Headline Sponsorship around the show.
We are looking for a Creative Partnerships Manager - Love Island to join the team, reporting into the Head of Creative Partnerships, and responsible for delivering our Love Island Partnerships, managing multiple brands/campaigns and relationships with commercial stakeholders across clients, agencies and internal ITV departments with efficiency, tact, organisation & unerring focus.
The campaigns will be created using multi layered elements of promotional licensing, product placement, social campaigns, content creation and ITV's digital products. The role also requires good working knowledge of brand creative campaign & marketing processes, as we work closely with clients & agencies often weaving Love Island partnerships within and alongside wider marketing campaigns.
This role will work closely with the Sales & Partnerships teams, both developing pitches for new partners, and managing existing relationships with best in class account management. Additional ITV teams that the role will collaborate with closely include Social & Digital, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Compliance, ITV Creative, Events, Press and Merchandising, as well as Love Island Editorial & Production teams.
The team
During Love Island series' the majority of the Love Island Creative Partnerships team will be based on location (Mallorca June/July & South Africa Jan/Feb). This role is a UK based role, acting as the team representative at home while the rest of the team is on the ground on site. It will require hybrid working from home & our ITV offices in White City, with requirements to work from other locations including agency/client offices on occasion for meetings/events. The successful candidate must also be happy to travel to the shoot locations (Mallorca/South Africa) for particular periods to support if necessary, or cover other team members' absence.
