Exciting opportunity for a talented social first Creative Director/Senior Creative Art Director to join this B Corp luxury skincare brand. This role requires a true hands-on creative with big thinking ideation coupled with a willingness to get stuck in.

This position would suit someone who can extract creative ideas and the brand vision from the founding partners and CMO/Brand Director, working closely to establish the brand identity across all digital and social channels. The goal is to create an engaging and fresh look and feel that resonates with a younger demographic.

You will be working closely with the CMO to transition the new brand and find persuasive ways to highlight products without alienating the current customer base. The ideal candidate is a digital native, confident in the beauty/skincare market, and understands the legislative constraints involved.

The role requires strong art directional skills to take charge of photo shoots and styling, creating an image library that reflects the science and quality of the product with a contemporary aesthetic.

Ideally, you will be a good leader and manager of creatives and designers. While not looking to build a massive team, you will be growing a small creative studio and should be comfortable being hands-on while also providing direction and support to others.

Estimated salary: £70-80k
