Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Creative Director who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who has honed their creative leadership skills and is eager to lead transformative projects that blend art with emerging technologies. As a Creative Director at seeper, you will be responsible for shaping the creative vision of our projects, guiding teams, and ensuring that each experience we create captivates and inspires our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Vision: Lead the creative direction for a diverse range of immersive experiences, from concept to completion, ensuring each project aligns with seeper’s innovative and forward-thinking ethos.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the creative process across multiple projects, working closely with creative teams to develop groundbreaking concepts that merge storytelling, technology, and design.
• Collaboration: Partner with technical directors, designers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of creative vision with technical execution.
• Innovation: Continuously push creative boundaries by exploring new ideas, technologies, and methods that enhance the immersive quality and impact of our projects.
• Mentorship: Guide and inspire creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within seeper.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating these into compelling creative strategies that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ACD, CD with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in immersive experience design, visitor attractions, theme parks, or brand experiences.
• Exceptional creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute complex projects that integrate art, storytelling, and technology.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through the creative process.
• A deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in immersive design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative concepts to both internal teams and clients.
• A passion for innovation and a drive to create experiences that captivate and inspire global audiences.
