You're a well-organised Creative Designer with an eye for detail, who enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment. You're able to work independently while taking direction from the Design Manager and you're excited to contribute to a company forging a new way to save.
What you’ll do:
You'll support the delivery of our brand and communications strategy across multiple touchpoints. In this role, guided by the creative direction of the Design Manager and brand guidelines, you will produce high-quality creative assets that drive growth and protect the visual identity of Flagstone. As a Creative Designer, you will work closely with the Brand Design team and B2B squads (Partnerships and SME) to develop and refine assets for direct-to-consumer marketing. A key aspect of this role involves supporting the content team by creating custom illustrations tailored to financial services. Experience in custom illustrations and icon design, particularly for use in financial services and data visualisation, is highly sought after. You will also contribute to repurposing video content for short-form marketing. You will be responsible for creating and adapting assets for digital paid campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for multiple platforms, A/B testing, and performance-driven iterations. Your work will directly contribute to driving leads, engagement, and conversion within D2C marketing channels. Additionally, you will play a role in shaping internal communications and employer branding by developing engaging visuals for our People Brand. You will be challenged to contribute ideas and designs to solve marketing requirements. You will also be required to act as a brand guardian for all internal and external marketing materials, helping to give guidance to stakeholders when necessary. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn new tools and software including Ceros to deliver interactive experiences for our marketing initiatives.
