What We’re Looking For

NextMomentum is seeking a talented individual experienced in managing paid media campaigns. You’ll work alongside our experienced strategists to create highly efficient and creative social campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with senior strategists and the entire Performance Marketing team, engaging in every aspect of Paid Media advertising from planning and strategy formulation to execution, analysis, and creative optimisation.

A Day in The Life:

  • Content Creation: Design and produce motion graphics, videos, and visual assets tailored for paid media ads.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the paid media team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and target audience insights.
  • Adaption and Optimisation: Regularly update and refine creative assets based on performance data and client feedback.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials maintain alignment with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative outputs seamlessly into overall campaign strategies.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising and motion design to implement industry best practices.
  • Agency Communications: Develop visual assets for agency communications, including LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and case studies.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in motion design, graphic design, and video editing with design software (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools).
  • Ability to create compelling presentation decks.
  • Strong creative thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
  • Portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and ability to create engaging digital content.

Experience and Background:

  • 1 year of entry-level experience in a creative role.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
