A Crane Supervisor must:

1. Hold a CPCS card
2. Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles)
3. Have valid experience
4. Be hard working, reliable and punctual
5. Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team
