Responsibilities:

1. Supervise all lifting operations on-site to ensure safety and compliance.
2. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams for safe lifting procedures.
3. Ensure all lifting equipment is properly inspected and maintained.
4. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations during lifting activities.

Requirements:

1. Valid CPCS card for Crane Supervisor.
2. Proven experience supervising crane operations.
3. Strong knowledge of lifting plans and safety regulations.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
