Cover Supervisor/Unqualified Supply

Protocol Education are working alongside a Wiltshire based Secondary School to appoint a positive and motivated Cover Supervisor to join the school in a permanent post on a term time basis.

The Cover Supervisor will work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals or groups. The role involves supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, maintaining good order and keeping students on task, supervising 11-16 lessons weekly to deliver work that has been set by teachers who are absent.

Hours: 08.30 - 15.30

Employment Type: Both full and part-time applicants considered

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a positive and motivated Cover Supervisor who can:

  • Work under guidance of teaching/senior staff within an agreed system of supervision.
  • Implement agreed work programmes with individuals, classes or groups.
  • Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absence.
  • Maintain good order and keep students on task.
