Job description

Are you passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom? Do you have experience working with students who display challenging behaviour? If so, we want to hear from you! Axcis Education are seeking a dedicated and resilient Cover Supervisor to join a thriving Academy in Congleton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong presence in the classroom, excellent behaviour management skills, and a commitment to supporting student learning.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.
  2. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, particularly with students who display challenging behaviour.
  3. Confidence in leading a classroom and engaging students in their learning.
  4. A calm, patient, and resilient approach to dealing with difficult situations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A passion for education and supporting student development.
