Job Title: Cover Supervisors

Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire

Contract Type: Contract

Salary: £90-£130 a day

Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their full potential?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in high schools across the Wilmslow area. In this role, you will ensure that students continue their learning during the absence of their regular teacher. If you have experience working with young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher
2. Ensure that students stay on task and complete their work
3. Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
4. Provide support for student's well-being and address any concerns as needed
5. Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff
6. Adhere to the school's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and consistent learning environment

What We Are Looking For:

1. Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is a plus)
2. Strong communication and organisational skills
3. Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a focused, calm environment
4. A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning and development
5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
6. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour
