Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools

Whitby

£90 - £110 per day

Castle Education is looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to work on a supply basis at a secondary school in Whitby. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will need to be confident in managing behaviour and adaptable to different subject areas. This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching, experienced Cover Supervisors, or those with a background in education or coaching.

Applicants should have experience working with young people in a professional setting, strong classroom management skills, and a proactive approach to supporting learning. A valid DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one) is essential.
