Position: Full-time, Cover Supervisor
Pay: £85-£100 per day
Hours: Monday – Friday
Start: Immediate

Are you passionate about Education and looking for a rewarding role within a dynamic school environment? As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. The ideal Cover Supervisor will have excellent communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of a teacher
• Ensure that students are engaged, motivated and on task
• Manage any behaviour issues that may arise
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

• A degree or level 3 qualification with solid standards of literacy and numeracy.
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to manage behaviour effectively
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (if you don’t have one, we can help you apply for a new one through Educate).
