A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a full-time Cover Supervisor to join a specialist SEN school in Sherborne, starting 22 April 2025. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about education and supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, aged 5 to 11.

The position offers a flexible schedule, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm, though end times may vary depending on the day of the week.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning
  • Support students with SEMH needs, helping them develop confidence and resilience
  • Manage classroom behaviour positively and create an inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with other staff to provide tailored support for each student
