Salary: £85 - £95 per day (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and complete set work.
2. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
3. Provide support to students as needed, offering guidance on their tasks and helping with any queries they may have.
4. Liaise with teaching staff to ensure the smooth transition of lesson plans and continuity of learning.
5. Monitor and support students' progress, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff.
6. Follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour management policies.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred, but not essential.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
3. Enthusiastic and flexible approach to working with students across different age groups.
4. Ability to follow lesson plans and provide support to students as needed.
5. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
