We are currently recruiting for a high achieving secondary school in Middlesbrough who are looking to appoint a long term Cover Supervisor. The role is full time, starting in February and will extend for the rest of the academic year.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising classes and ensuring a productive learning environment.
2. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and materials.
3. Engaging students in meaningful activities and discussions.
4. Managing behaviour in accordance with school policies.
5. Supporting students' academic and personal development.
