Location: Leicester
Salary: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part time

Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage classrooms during teachers' absences, helping students stay focused and engaged while ensuring the learning environment is calm and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, your main tasks will include:

1. Supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
2. Supporting students to complete their work and stay on track.
3. Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive environment.
4. Building positive relationships with students and staff.
5. Reporting back to teaching staff about class performance.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed as a Cover Supervisor, you should have:

1. A proactive and adaptable approach to managing classrooms.
2. Excellent behaviour management skills to ensure a smooth learning experience.
3. Strong Maths and English skills (essential).
4. A passion for education and supporting students' growth.
5. Previous classroom or youth work experience is beneficial but not required.
