Ideal for a recent Graduate looking to develop a career in schools or an experienced Cover Supervisor.

A Cover Supervisor is needed in an All-Boys Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Cover Supervisor position can be part or full time and run on a long term basis.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be expected to cover different lessons for KS3/4.

General Responsibilities:

1. Managing behaviour of pupils.
2. Efficiently handing out/organising class work.
3. Effectively managing timings for different lessons.

Pay:
The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor position will be between £90 and £130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School:
This is a 'Good' all-boys school that has a rich and extensive tradition when it comes to Sport and STEM.

Many professional sportsmen have studied at the school.

There is a Gifted and Talented programme at the school which provides support to the top 5 - 10% of pupils in each year group.

Each department organises trips and runs extracurricular activities to establish an environment of inclusion.

In addition to this, the school has received several awards such as Healthy Schools, Education Business Partnership, FA Charter Standard and Sport England.

Requirements:
You will be considered if you are a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor. Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Cover Supervisor:

1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS.
3. UK Degree or an overseas equivalent.
4. Experience of working with children/young people or as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools.
