Role: Cover Supervisor

Start Date: ASAP

Daily Rate: £90 - £110 a day depending on experience

Location: Folkestone

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisor to support a range of secondary schools in the Folkestone area.

The Role:

1. Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence
2. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
3. Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
4. Provide support to students as needed
5. Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills
2. Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
3. Previous experience as a cover supervisor within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
4. Ability to manage behaviour effectively
5. Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
6. CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
7. Legal right to work in the UK
