Cover Teachers Wanted- Chelmsford

Are you passionate about working with young people and seeking flexible teaching opportunities? We are looking for enthusiastic Cover Teachers to support secondary schools in Chelmsford. Whether you are a qualified teacher (QTS) or an experienced Cover Supervisor, this is your chance to inspire students and gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and create a productive learning environment

  • Engage with students and build rapport to support their learning and personal growth
  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to students

Who Can Apply?

While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not a requirement, we welcome candidates with a Certificate in Education and Training (CET) or equivalent qualifications. If you have experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring young people, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Confidence in leading a class and motivating students
