Cover Supervisor

Location: Boston
Start Date: February 2025
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Job Type: Full-Time

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Boston, providing support in the absence of class teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage a classroom, ensuring students remain engaged in learning.
2. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide support where needed.
3. Maintain discipline in line with the school's behaviour policies.
4. Offer support and guidance to students across various subjects.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a school or youth-based role is desirable.
2. Confidence in managing student behaviour and leading a class.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A passion for education and helping young people succeed.
