Are you looking to take the next step in your education career? We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Andover from January 6th, 2025. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, or unqualified teachers looking to expand their skills and classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Ensure students remain engaged and actively participate in lessons
• Manage classroom behaviour and enforce school policies
• Support students of varying abilities, ensuring the smooth running of the class
• Develop leadership and classroom management skills in a supportive school environment

What We Are Looking For:
