We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Alton from January 6th, 2025. This role is perfect for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or unqualified teachers looking to broaden their classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Maintain classroom control, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Support students of varying abilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour, following school policies and encouraging participation.
• Build leadership and classroom management skills, gaining valuable teaching experience.

What We Are Looking For:
