Job description

Court of Protection Solicitor - Partner - Bristol

Excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a great Court of Protection team at partner level. This Court of Protection team is based in Bristol.

This fantastic Court of Protection team deals with mental capacity law, including deputyship, administration, statutory wills and gifting, property and affairs deputyship advice, and representation on welfare cases, residence care, treatment decisions, and LPAs.

As a partner in the team, you will be leading the team, participating in strategic planning, managing team performance, providing strong supervision and guidance, advising on Court of Protection matters, acting as a professional deputy, and much more.

You will be a qualified solicitor with many years of experience in Court of Protection. Your experience will be extensive, and you'll have impeccable technical ability. Ideally, you will be a member of the Law Society Mental Capacity Panel. If you are a senior associate who is ready for the step up to partner, please apply.
