Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
You'll join Kirsty MacMillan's Public Law and Human Rights team in Birmingham /West Midlands as a solicitor experienced in Court of Protection welfare law. You will manage your own caseload and supervise junior colleagues. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in further developing the team's established reputation and actively participate in business development.
You'll have the opportunity to engage with an interesting and diverse caseload from the start, playing a key part in securing justice for our clients and making a real difference in their lives. You'll need the confidence to hit the ground running and the ability to work independently on issued cases. Given the nature of the work, you'll work with vulnerable clients, making your role highly rewarding. However, you'll need to be resilient and calm, always prioritising your clients' needs.
