We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Clerk working in the courier side of my client's business based in the Camberley area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Taking customer courier bookings
Handling enquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow-up queries if required
Dealing with email requests from clients
Assisting clients with tracking of their freight
All aspects of customer service
Ensuring the systems are up to date with proof of deliveries within the International, Overnight, and Sameday divisions
Chasing agents for proof of deliveries if missing
General administration
Experience Required
The successful candidate will have worked in the courier/parcels environment
Possess excellent customer and problem-solving skills
