BMW Hams Hall is seeking an experienced and motivated Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers.

Shifts:

1. Monday to Friday:
2. 6am to 1:30pm/12pm
3. 1:30pm to 9pm/6pm
4. 9pm to 6am
5. Fridays 12pm-6pm

1. Weekend Nights:
2. 6pm to 6am - Friday - Sunday

Your Time at Work

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a forklift truck in a safe and efficient manner to move raw materials, finished goods, and other products within the facility
2. Load and unload materials from vehicles and place them in designated storage areas
3. Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift truck and report any malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor
4. Maintain accurate records of materials moved and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
5. Follow all health and safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and following safe lifting practices
6. Maintain a clean and organised work area
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Our Perfect Worker

Our Perfect Candidate will have:

1. Forklift Truck license that has been issued or refreshed within the last 3 years and accredited by either RTITB or ITSSAR
2. Experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment of at least 6 months
3. Ability to lift and move heavy materials
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
7. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including mornings, afternoons and nights, as required
