M4 Recruitment are looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our team in Severn Beach.

Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Severn Beach
Salary: £26,500 annually, with an uplift in April
Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly Shifts:

1. 06:00 - 15:00
2. 08:00 - 17:00

(1-hour unpaid break each shift)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move goods around the warehouse
2. Load and unload deliveries efficiently
3. Ensure goods are stored safely and accurately within the warehouse
4. Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
5. Assist with other warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

1. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
2. Previous experience in a forklift driving role (preferred)
3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
4. Strong attention to detail and reliability
5. Good communication skills and a positive attitude
