An established industry player is seeking a passionate Counter Fraud Investigator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage investigations into motor claims fraud, utilizing your expertise to minimize fraud exposure while developing the skills of your colleagues. You'll engage with various stakeholders, including law enforcement, to ensure justice is served. We’re looking for positive, passionate people to help combat the criminal activities that plague the insurance industry. Our successes directly contribute to our customers premiums, keeping AXA a market-leading insurance provider. Combating criminal activities in the Insurance industry, sounds awesome, this is done through our Counter Fraud department.
As a Counter Fraud Investigator (motor), you’ll manage investigations and provide expertise and guidance into more technically complex matters in an ethical and professional manner. You’ll employ best practice and key investigative competencies to minimise the company’s exposure to fraud. Developing the technical expertise of fellow staff within the Fraud and non-fraud areas and enhance current processes and counter fraud capabilities within the Group to strengthen our fraud control environment.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home in the office moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
