Costs Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Manchester, To c£55,000+ (DOE), Top 50 Law Firm – An exciting new role for an experienced Costs Lawyer looking for a new challenge. JOB REF: 88808
This highly reputable Costs team deal with all elements of costs from low value disputes, fixed recoverable costs and high value and complex costs matters across a broad spectrum of commercial and personal injury litigation.
• Applications are sought from Costs Lawyers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in costs litigation.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting costs budgets, assessing bills of costs, drafting Points of Dispute, drafting bills of costs, negotiating settlements and drafting Schedules of Costs.
• You will possess excellent technical skills in the relevant area, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• You will ultimately have a passion for this sector and drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team.
