Job Description

  • Cost Planning
  • Proven ability to support the delivery of key education infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding T-Reign and EFSG design guidelines.
  • Ability to navigate governance frameworks, gateway approval process and stringent reporting cycles.
  • Tender Administration and Recommendation.
  • Client Management and Comms.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management and Comms.
  • Contribute to improving our service offering.
  • Complete key cost management reports in a timely manner as dictated by the Project Manager / Senior Cost Manager.
  • Communicate any potential risks or opportunities with the Client on specific projects.
  • Manage Client expectations through excellent communication.
  • Always maintain the highest standards of Governance and Quality Assurance.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of service offering on the respective projects.

Qualifications

  • Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
  • Sound experience in cost planning in Education and Healthcare government projects (Client specific experience is a must).
  • 4+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
  • Has managed clients, contractors, and consultants directly in previous roles.
  • Preferable RICS and / or AIQS accredited.
  • CostX experience.
