Project & Associate Level Cost Consultants – Permanent Position

Location: London | Salary: Flexible/ up to £70,000

We are currently recruiting Project and Associate Level Cost Consultants for an exciting opportunity within the built environment. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, multi-sector projects with a strong pipeline of work across various industries.

As part of a growing, dynamic team, you’ll be involved in delivering high-value projects across sectors including commercial, residential, hotels, education, and student accommodation. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee cost management for high-value projects across a variety of sectors
2. Deliver both pre and post contract services, managing the project lifecycle
3. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
4. Provide expert advice and strategic solutions to clients, ensuring value for money and successful project delivery
5. Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

1. Degree qualified, preferably within a construction-related discipline
2. MRICS qualified (but not essential)
3. Proficiency in CostX software
4. Experience in cost consultancy on high-value projects, ideally within commercial, residential, hotels, education, and student accommodation sectors
5. Previous experience within a consultancy environment is strongly desirable
6. Strong pre and post-contract experience
