Permanent £45,000 plus benefits

We are now recruiting for a Cost Consultant at our Head Office reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee expense reports and analyze data on purchases or incurred costs.
2. Make recommendations about cost-efficiency.
3. Assess business expenses and prepare optimized budget plans.
4. Review financial records and adjust the company ledger.
5. Analyze cost structures, trace costs back to underlying activities, and improve business profitability.
6. Manage accounting systems, analyze operational costs, and recommend cost-efficient solutions.
7. Prepare financial plans, budgets & reports.
8. Produce cost & ad hoc reports.
9. Maintain ledgers and reconciliations.
10. Work with and report to external clients.
11. Present financial and commercial ideas.

Qualifications:

Part-Qualified/Qualified chartered accountant – CIMA, ACCA
