Job description

As Corporate Trainer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programmes for internal teams, with a particular focus on customer service training and management development. This role will ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform effectively and support the company's overall business objectives. This position is a full time, permanent position, working for our client on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office) and there are lots of excellent benefits offered too.

Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and delivering engaging training sessions for customer service teams and management staff
  2. Facilitate interactive and impactful training workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure knowledge retention and engagement
  3. Adapt facilitation style to suit different audiences, learning styles, and business needs
  4. Use a range of training methods, including workshops, coaching, and e-learning
  5. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees when needed
  6. Utilising the Learning Management System (LMS) to create, manage, and deliver training content
  7. Maintain accurate training records within the LMS, ensuring compliance and tracking employee progress
  8. Leverage the LMS to streamline training delivery and record-keeping
  9. Monitor learning progress through the system
  10. Assessing training needs by working closely with department heads and key stakeholders
  11. Measure the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements as required
  12. Enhance the knowledge, skills, and confidence of employees in customer service and management roles
  13. Support the ongoing development of training materials and resources
  14. Ensuring training programmes align with business goals and improve overall performance
  15. Continuously develop and refine training content to meet evolving business needs
  16. Introduce new methods to enhance training effectiveness
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in designing and delivering training within a business environment
  2. Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and adapt to different learning styles
  3. Expertise in customer service training and management development
  4. Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
  5. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  6. Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create courses, track progress, and generate reports
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
