We’re recruiting for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager with a focus on supporting clients like hedge fund managers, private equity firms, fintech companies, and wealth managers. The opportunity is with the Financial Services corporate tax team of a leading mid-tier firm in London. You would be joining a growing team at a crucial point in its development, with plenty of opportunities to make a meaningful impact on both the team's strategic direction and the wider market.

Your Role

As a key team member, you’ll work closely with engagement partners and directors on complex tax advisory projects. From corporate restructuring and demergers to international tax planning and venture capital tax relief, this role covers a range of challenging advisory assignments. You’ll manage a large portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring all compliance work is conducted smoothly while proactively identifying tax-efficient strategies for each client.

Beyond technical skills, this role demands leadership – you’ll support, mentor, and guide junior staff, assisting with their development while fostering a collaborative environment. You'll also contribute to sector-based business development initiatives, shaping the future of the team and driving the firm’s success within the Financial Services space.
