Are you an experienced Corporate Tax professional ready to lead, influence, and bring real value to a firm and its clients? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Corporate Tax Senior Manager role within a progressive professional services firm, working with a high-quality client base and a clear path to Director - and potentially Partner - level for the right individual.
With a strong pipeline of advisory work and ambitious growth plans, the firm is looking for someone who can step into a strategic role-guiding a team, building relationships, and delivering insight-led solutions that go beyond compliance.
Your role will include:

1. Leading the review of complex Corporation Tax computations and returns across a diverse portfolio
2. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic tax planning and commercial solutions
3. Taking the lead on tax advisory projects, working closely with Directors and Partners
4. Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development
5. Supporting and mentoring team members, creating a culture of learning and progression
6. Managing client communications, HMRC interactions, and technical tax matters with confidence
7. Driving profitability across your portfolio through effective WIP and fee management
8. Representing the firm with prospective clients and contributing to its ongoing growth

What you bring to the table:

1. ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualification with substantial post-qualification experience
2. A track record of managing a client portfolio and leading teams within tax
3. Strong advisory experience and a commercial mindset
4. A collaborative leadership style and desire to develop others
5. Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships at senior levels
6. Resilience, adaptability, and the ambition to progress to Director or Partner
