Based in our London Corporate Tax team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, encompassing the delivery of both corporate tax compliance and advisory services. This is a challenging and interesting client-facing role, which will include exposure to a range of both UK and international clients.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the fast-growing tax group that handles the corporate tax aspects of the firm’s Film, Television, and video game clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate tax engagements with a focus on our video games developer clients, ranging from small independents to large multi-national studios.
The team’s other clients include all the major Hollywood studios, major streaming networks, as well as many independent film and television production companies in the US and UK. We also work with many other entities ancillary to film and television production, such as film financiers, visual effects and post-production houses, and other service providers.

The London tax department is currently split into six tax groups consisting of a corporate tax team, a VAT team, three personal tax groups, and a tax advisory group. The department comprises 14 tax partners and over 80 employees.
The Film & TV group is one of the leading advisors to this sector and holds a wide client list encompassing some of the world’s largest and most successful Film, TV, Video Game, and Sports companies.
Experience of working with clients in the Creative Sectors is not essential; however, an interest in the video game industry would be a huge advantage. The role would suit an ACA/CTA qualified individual with several years post-qualification experience in corporation tax, with an interest in video games development and working with studios and developers on tax engagements.
