Corporate Tax Associate (Funds/Asset Management) (2 – 5 PQE)

We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their Corporate Tax team within their London office, focusing on the Taxation of Private Funds.

You will be part of a team that works on a broad range of Taxation on a full spectrum of private funds, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and credit, and the management teams of private funds, including in relation to carried interest and co-investment structuring and management buy-outs/spin-outs. Aron also advises fund managers and large cornerstone investors on GP-stake transactions and GP-led secondaries and fund restructurings.

Salary - £185k-275k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
