The Role
They are seeking a Corporate Tax CTA Advisory Specialist to join their growing tax team of five. This role is a vital hire as they expand their advisory capacity and ensure projects are seamlessly delivered from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Advising a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly SMEs, with a mix of industries and structures, as well as some private equity elements.
• Gaining exposure to challenging yet rewarding corporate advisory projects including restructuring, transactions, and share scheme advice.
• Supporting family office entities in navigating complex tax and business challenges.
• Managing projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities for proactive client engagement and providing tailored solutions.

They need someone who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of their work.

What They're Looking For:

• CTA-qualified professional with strong corporate tax advisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage a broad portfolio of clients and deliver results independently.
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of client needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with both clients and colleagues.
