I am working with a top city firm who is looking to make an additional hire in their corporate tax team.
The work involves advising on the tax aspects of restructurings, share and asset sales and purchases, corporate finance transactions, investment fund formations and downstream investments, and establishing and unwinding joint ventures for private equity firms, corporates and investors.
The team is well known for helping founders, entrepreneurs, and owners of private capital around the world structure their business and personal affairs in a way that allows them to maximise returns on and the efficiency and preservation of their wealth.
