The successful candidate will join the firm as a Corporate Partner and will be responsible for working with existing clients and introducing a new portfolio of clients into the firm. The highly rated corporate team is in need of an additional Corporate Partner to handle a varied caseload of corporate matters, covering the full remit of corporate law. The thriving team acts for family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies on all types of corporate cases.
The appointed Corporate Partner will ideally have at least 10 years of experience handling their own caseload of corporate files, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups, and share options. Ideal candidates will have a proactive and flexible approach to their work and be looking for a platform to develop their expertise within corporate law, with an interest in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and technology.
