Corporate Partner based in Birmingham City Centre is sought to join this leading Top 50 Law practice. The firm has a great client list of national and household names and is looking for a corporate partner to drive the corporate team forward to its full potential. The firm offers a flexible working pattern along with the opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly environment where a clearly defined career path and structure is available. The successful candidate will join the firm as a Corporate Partner and will be responsible for working with existing clients and introducing a new portfolio of clients into the firm. The highly rated corporate team needs an additional Corporate Partner to handle a varied caseload of corporate matters.
Covering the full remit of corporate law, the thriving team acts for family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies on all types of corporate cases. The appointed Corporate Partner will ideally have at least 10 years of experience handling their own caseload of corporate files, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups, and share options.
Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have a proactive and flexible approach to their work and be looking for a superb platform to develop their expertise within corporate law. An interest in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and technology is preferred.
