Corporate Solicitor - Cambridge
This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join this leading firm. Based in Cambridge, the firm is known for their international expertise and has a very strong reputation for their commercial and technology sectors.
The role will involve advising on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investment, corporate re-organisations, and debt financing arrangements.
You will be able to demonstrate a solid grounding in corporate transactional work, gained with a leading corporate practice, and have an interest in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
The firm is well-known for advising companies, founders, management teams, wealth owners, venture capital funds, investors, and universities. The successful candidate will be committed to developing their career within corporate law with a particular focus on the Cambridge technology and venture capital ecosystem as well as other entrepreneurial businesses.
