Our client is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join their driven and inclusive team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of corporate matters and high-value transactions in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures, restructurings).
2. Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements.
3. Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance.
4. Support M&A transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
5. Collaborate across different practice areas and offices.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in corporate law.
2. Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills.
4. Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving.
