Our national law firm client are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their leading Corporate & Commercial team in Southampton.

You will be working with colleagues locally and nationally for a wide range of clients including many private companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity funding and general corporate structuring work. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in larger deals acting for large national or international businesses. As a national corporate practice there is a good level of interaction and team working between the firms offices providing additional opportunities to develop your skills and experience.
