BCL Legal is proud to partner with a leading law firm in the search for a corporate associate to join their highly regarded team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to work in a highly regarded firm with flexible working arrangements, competitive salary, and a full benefits package.

The Role

As a Corporate Associate, you will:

1. Handle a broad and diverse caseload, developing long-lasting client relationships.
2. Work on a variety of corporate matters with a focus on transactional work, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions.
3. Get involved in business development activities, supporting and growing existing relationships, and establishing new connections in the corporate sector.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law.
2. Experience managing your own caseload, delivering exceptional client service, and maintaining a client-focused approach.
3. A strong academic background.
