Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the retail sector.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.
Identify and target potential affiliates and enterprise accounts to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Sales Director should have:
Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the homecare or consumer services industry.
Strong experience in selling to affiliates and enterprise/national accounts.
Excellent new business development skills with a focus on closing deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
