A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry-leading corporate real estate team at this top-tier international practice in London.

The firm, which ranks as one of the top 10 in the UK, is arguably the largest and widest-reaching domestic UK law firm.

The London corporate team advises on corporate real estate M&A and real estate-based joint ventures, including matters for clients both domestically and internationally across the real estate sector.

My client is currently looking to add a talented corporate lawyer, with strong experience and interest in M&A and joint ventures.

The salary bracket for the roles starts at £110k from 3 PQE, up to £125k at 5 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry-standard bonus scheme, activated for hitting the hours target of 1600.

The successful corporate associate joining this team will handle a full range of corporate work, which will include:

1. Advising on corporate M&A transactions in the real estate sector.
2. Advising on all aspects of the structuring, establishment, operation, restructuring, and exit of joint ventures, and other real estate investment structures.
3. Working with a variety of clients including Private Equity Real Estate managers, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, REITs, and developers/operators.

This position is ideally suited to a mid-level corporate associate between three and five years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

1. A strong academic background
2. Training and post-qualified corporate experience gained with a reputable national or international practice or city-firm
3. Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Experience in business development and client relationship management

With regards to hybrid working, my client operates a 60% office attendance policy, with the option to also work from any of their regional offices.
